Honorable lets you raise then repay the funds you need or lend support to someone that does. This means you can either create a campaign to raise money or chip in and contribute to one.
Not only do we let you Name Your Own Fees, but you could also payback less than you received.
When you Name Your Own Fees, we share up to this total amount you specify among all your campaign contributors in the form of a contribution bonus. This bonus is for helping you raise your funds faster.
If a contributor likes your campaign, they can give some or all of their contribution as a non-repayable gift that does not require repayment.
When you Name Your Own Fees, we share up to this amount with contributors in the form of a contribution bonus. When available, a contribution bonus automatically gets paid to contributors upfront, typically before the funds are repaid. They receive this bonus for helping you raise your funds faster.
Be authentic and honest. Contributors like to see profile pictures and campaign videos where they can clearly see you so they know whom they are supporting. Campaign videos and written descriptions should be concise, contain verifiable information, and demonstrate your ability to repay on or before due dates. Invite as many contributors as you can by posting to Facebook, Twitter and inviting contacts from your address book. Even after you create your campaign, continue to share it as often as you can.
It typically takes two business days to receive funds once you reached your full campaign goal within the raise period. If you do not reach your full campaign goal, contributors are not charged and no funds are exchanged.
Your Honorable Score will say "New" until the due date of your first campaign. It will calculate after that. Repaying on time helps you raise your Honorable Score.
For its maintenance of campaigns, Honorable reserves the right at its sole discretion to charge a late fee of $2/day to campaign creators if any amount is not paid by its due date.
We let you Pick Your Payback. You could also get paid a contribution bonus.
After you select how much you will contribute, you can Pick Your Payback. This means you can either give some or all of your contribution as a non-repayable gift or get repaid the entire amount plus a contribution bonus if available.
A contribution bonus is additional funds you can earn when you contribute to a campaign. You’ll automatically get paid any available contribution bonus, typically prior to repayment. However, you can forgo any available contribution bonus by giving some or all of your contribution as a non-repayable gift or electing to only be repaid the exact amount you contributed.
Honorable is a platform and marketplace to connect those who wish to raise and repay funds with those who wish to contribute to them. Honorable is NOT a lender, loan broker, loan service, debt collector or payment processor.
